introduction to the orcs

The orcs were created by the Void Drake, Altherilon, as one of the many races that inhabit the world. Over the millennia, several different types of orcs have emerged, each with their own unique characteristics and cultural practices. Some of the most notable types of orcs include the Moko orcs from the Mokno Mountains on the island of LillyFoot, and the Gurash orcs from the country of Kharesh. Goblins are a subset race of orcs that are also void essence based. Orcs and their subset races are naturally attuned to void essence, and have a strong affinity for all void energies.

The Murrash orcs, for example, have never ventured into the lands of the Kestrian Wastes, where the essence is particularly strong. Most orcs are able to speak both Human and Elf, although they prefer to use a simpler language when communicating with each other.

Orcish lore

Orcish races can vary in their affinity for void essence, with some having a stronger connection to the essence than others. The orcs also use a variety of different weapons, depending on the faction they belong to. The Murrash orcs of Dalandor, for instance, are known for using the Korish, a spiked mace on one side and a pointed axe blade on the other.

Orcs can be either welcoming or hostile towards other races, depending on the faction they belong to. Some orcish cultures are more open and accepting, while others can be more aggressive and territorial. The culture of an orcish faction is heavily influenced by their history and traditions, and can vary widely from one group to another.
