introduction to ozz’baroth
Ozz'Baroth, formerly known as Máron Winterseed, was a prominent lieutenant in the Arronian Empire. He was known for his tactical prowess and won several campaigns in the name of the Empire, earning himself a reputation at a young age. However, his ambition led him to wage a campaign against Zeth, which became known as the Battle of Shades. Máron and his forces were defeated by the army of Zethic, and Máron begged for mercy.
Instead, Zeth imparted a lesson upon Máron, explaining that those who seek to see their vision come to life must be prepared for both victory and defeat. Zeth then blinded Máron and dragged him into the Void, where he was corrupted by his own self-loathing and transformed into the beast known as Ozz'Baroth.
ozz’baroth lore
Ozz'Baroth is a being of great power, able to use Void Essence to sense others nearby and potentially open a portal back to the world of Aldora. However, it is uncertain if his mind is capable of such feats, as it has been corrupted by the Void. Despite his corruption, Ozz'Baroth retains some of his former human characteristics, including his cultural background as an Arronian and his preference for using a short sword and shield in combat.
He stands at a towering 12'3" and is bald, with his eyes having been removed. Ozz'Baroth is believed to be the only person who knows the true orchestrator of the Battle of Shades, though this information died with him.
