As an Aspect of Time, Quel'an is a powerful being with the ability to manipulate the flow of time at will. This ability is bound to his essence, which exists in the past, present, and future at all times. It is unknown what Quel'an looks like, but it is believed that he appears human in appearance.
Quel'an can harness the energy of time to strike with pure time essence, which can affect the past, present, and future timelines of a person as well as deal considerable damage in the present moment. While Quel'an has the power to manipulate time, he is not able to reverse events that have already occurred in the past, but rather guide the direction of the future.

Quel'an is the final trial of the soul within Xerross, a realm located at the edge of existence and non-existence. In this realm, Quel'an has the duty of removing a soul's future in order to pass the soul into non-existence.
As an Aspect of Time, Quel'an has bound himself to Xerross and has opened time essence to roam throughout the edge, giving him full control over his area within Xerross. The orbs-like objects floating around Quel'an are believed to be old artifacts used to flow time essence. Quel'an can also produce projections of himself from any timeline, but these projections can only exist for a brief moment.
